Xdeep mask quality issue?

Xdeep radical black, bought it brand new for 2 weeks, used it around 25 dives. and 2 days ago after a dive I've found there are 2 tears on the edge of the skirt. went home had a closer look under the light, there are alot more small cracks on the skirt and also on the inner skirt.

At first glance, looks like it's been chewed by some insects. I hang my mask with all the others, including masks from the dive center, same way with my previous mask(had for 4 years) .
I have 2 Halcyon H-view, Scubapro frameless, Tusa HD, Gull and some other cheap ones. never had anything look like this. even the cheap masks from the dive center.

Just wondering what type of sillicone is this, do they add suger in it?

Took it to the LDS, the guy who sold it to me took some pictures and said he's gonna send the pics to them.

I have Xdeep zen for single and Steath TEC for SM. So I'm not trying to diss Xdeep here.

does anyone here had similar issue with this mask?

Weird. I have the same mask for about 6 months and no issues.
Maybe a bad batch?

A few quality issues with the Zen BP/W fabric also being reported on the FB group now and then making a mockery of their advertising tag line about European quality. Thankfully my Zen kit has no issues so far. In another YouTube video the reviewer mentioned that the pins on the mask strap tend to fall off …

there is, but there are more than 30 masks in the dive center. I'd guess the cockoaches are fans of Xdeep.

my zen is good. it has the standard Xdeep logo, not custom made.

I don't know, but have you seen all the holes they chew through the Xdeep backplates

XDeep can have quality issues. Had to replace my harness after less than a year as it started to tear (new harness holding up fine so far). I had issues with the rubber ties offs for the stealth tec harness as well, brand new and you would have thought it had been in the sun for months. Maybe your mask as noted already is from a bad batch
