I am traveling to Xcaret the end of February and hubby and I want to dive. Do we do the resort dive op or sign on with someone from PDC?

Either. Continent side the diving isn't great. It's close to the cenotes, which you'll invariably go to. They also own Delphinus if you're into the whole captive dolphin thing....
