I'll take the welder. I have met many alcoholic welders! The worst I ever saw was not a welder but a completely drunk electrician working in the main panel of an apartment building in Magadan, Russia. This guys was sending sparks everywhere until he succeeded in welding his screwdriver to the side of the panel! Amazing!
