It took england 83 minutes to break down the t&T offense, trinidad played a brilliant tactical, possession game of football.
I can't make it any plainer than that.
It's a victory and you're through to the last 16, but England played well beneath themselves today..
this ****ing sucks so bad. This is my last post on SB until the end of the world cup when this avatar is gone.

Oh well....I got the final score and Rooney's entrance into the match correct, even if it was the wrong scorers.
I have to agree, Chris....playing like this, England's days are numbered. It's pretty typical though....they're the biggest underachievers in the history of the World Cup.

OK...let's get real. I think T&T did as well as could be expected...probably better. Crouch and Lampard missed several good chances though, and the score line could have been much higher.
I saw no major English screwups (or T&T ones for that matter) - it looked quite solid.
