In the paper in Dallas today about my boys from Brasil:

"How's this for an embarrassment of riches? The reigning champs have, it seems, a better version that in 2002. The have the undisputed world top star in Ronaldinho. The rest of the roster, and the clubs that employ them, reads like a who's who of global soccer heavies.

Question: How do they say "runner-up" in Brasil?

Answer: Why would anybody ever know?"

Heheh.. OLE! OLE! OLE! OLE! BRA-SIL! BRA-SIL!

Brasil certainly does have an embarassment of riches.
The only weak points or areas I can see in the team are Cafu and Roberto Carlos from a defensive standpoint.

They're seriously getting up in their age (football wise) and I can see a team playing with high tempo and pressuring the fullbacks will cause those 2 to tire quickly opening up holes in the defense.

Also Dida has been quite shaky for AC Milan in the past few months...

Food for thought perhaps .

Edmilson was injured and will not participate in the World Cup.

Kim:
If he'd claimed an odd win.........maybe not so likely but possible.

Saying that they're going to 'win it all'!!!!!!! :rofl2:

No foot in mouth here buddy, I am in the envious situation where every goal scored farless every point earned would be considered success, where as where you are sitting anything less than a trophy is bad, not to mention a gregarious sort of people living in a perfect island paradise. I think that means Trinidad 2 - England 0. Now here we go, I will be crying like a sissy when Dwight Yorke scores the winning goal in the finals.

oh lord that's cold

Hehehe, Andy as European teams go Scotland sucks pretty bad :14:.
Wales is even worse.

Tssssk, tsssk too bad that there was never a united Great Britain football team in world football.
Can you imagine Welsh, Scottish, Northern Ireland and English players all on the same pitch

Bedlam I tell you!!
