Wiring a DJS Canister

Hey Everyone,

I just got my Halcyon 10W light head from my LDS yesterday and already have my canister from Dan. I've asked Dan these questions but he hasn't responded to my e-mail so I'll see if I can get them answered here.

1) Dan included a large shrink tube which he said is for stress relief. Do I place that on the cord so it is contained in the brass fitting, or outside the fitting?

2) The new Halcyon light comes with 3 wires, a positive, negative, and I assume a ground wire (it's green and white). Do I attach that to anything, or just leave it unattached?
