What are water temps like early/mid-February?

Inshore, you can expect upper 40s. Offshore can be warmer, maybe upper 50s. It's cold in Feb.

This time of year I rock my 2 piece 7mm. From March to October, I’ll wear my 3mm, occasionally I’ll throw on a hood. Discovery, and Olympus often push out to the Gulf Stream, so the water will be in the 60s, but yo still need to think of air temp when picking your suit (how easy will it be for you to warm up post dive)
