These are the EchoZip Ergo [Flutter] and the SuperZip Ergo [Frog].
I can't speak highly enough about the Super Zip boots from Aqualung, for long or repetitive dives, I also wear Sharkskin socks. Bought extra pairs because of the Aqualung situation.
 
Cressi Isla Boots on amazon are usually below $60
 
My felt bottom dive boots have been great. The soles are 10mm thick & great on rocks, either slippery or pointy. They provide good grip on fossilized coral as well for long shallow entries. I have a pair of DeepSee 5mm & some no-name 3mm ones that are the most comfortable thing I've put on my feet.

I second the divesock thing though. Definitely helps to avoid chafing & they make donning a wetsuit trivially simple.
