They're all good....
Really hard to pick, but if I had to, #3 would be my choice.. the lighting and close up does it for me...

This is really beyond me but in pic #1 does the orange-ish patch on its head draw your attension to a spot that makes it look like it has a huge eye till you focus in and see its real eye? Kinda cool ...
I thought the same thing on the dive (my eye kept going to that spot on the LCD) and when I showed the pics to my wife she thought it was the eye too. I guess that it's a protective device for the real eye? Like you say, pretty cool.
