All the underwater photos of me look like the "Mommy, Mommy, my braids are too tight!" gag. Is this because my face is too wide and my mask is too small? I realize scuba is not a glamour past- time but it sure would be nice to look somewhat normal in an underwater photo for a change. Can anyone suggest a wider mask? I'm currently wearing a TUSA Liberator.

Thanks,

Jo

PS. I don't really get "mask-face" after a dive either with my current mask and it doesn't leak.

A ScubaPro Frameless tends to fit wider faces without causing the "monster mask" look.

Best thing to do is head to your LDS and try a bunch on and take a look in the mirror. What ever you do though, don't sacrifice fit and comfort for "looks".
