well at least they get 4 out of 6 points possible. Not like Man U getting 2 out of a possible 9 points. 0-2-1 lol:D

Laugh while you can, buddy -- and then it will be our turn. :rofl3:

Internationals tonight !! Good to see that Liverpool won't have any injury issues following tonights match ! Maybe Crouch will play, but he could do with the run out. There's been a lot of pub talk the past week or so, some people here, myself included, wouldn't mind losing to Germany, if it meant the end of big-faced McClaren !!! The man's a joke and was a blatant panic-appointment !!

If Germany do win, do you think McClaren will do the same thing that Keegan did when Germany beat England, 1-0, in the final match at the old Wembley -- just walk off before the end of the match and resign? LOL

I can't believe Michael Owen missed that sitter right before halftime. Even if he hasn't been in a real game in months, he could have nudged that one in.

There really wasn't any way that Robinson was going to touch the guided missile that Pander put in for 2-1, but there was no excuse for giving up the equaliser in the 27th minute. Robinson simply misplayed the cross and two England defenders (one of them being John Terry) stood by and let Kevin Kuranyi tap in the ball from just in front of the goal line.

Good thing it was just a friendly.

No such thing as a Germany - England 'friendly' !!

Well, hopefully McClaren's one step closer to the door now. Robinson's useless - that was awful positioning for the equaliser, then he came and flapped at a cross a few minutes later. He's been under scrutiny for a while now, and has had a poor start for Spurs this season. Still don't see the point in bringing a 37 year old on to replace him at half time - surley it would've been better to give young Scott Carson a chance. Beckham's clearly not match fit, and should've come off for SWP instead of Cole, who was having a good match. Dyer's never been international standard, and proved it again missing a sitter. Owen's not at his sharpest and should've got at least one. At least Micah Richards played well.

LOL -- yeah, you're right. Kinda like saying USA-Mexico friendly, which is an oxymoron.

Yes, I was very surprised that Beckham didn't come off at halftime. The fact that he flew seven hours to get to London, then flew 12 hours back to LA after the match is absolutely ludicrous. As if McClaren didn't have enough enemies, now he'll have Frankie Yallop and Alexi Lalas on his back.
