Where to buy PT-023 lens cap

I lost the lens cap to the Oly PT-023 housing this afternoon - worse than that - it's not even mine.

Does anyone know any place that would have the lens cap and how to contact them?
I need to replace this.

Sorry, can't help with that - but instead of getting yourself a new one you might check out the neoprene stubby holders (like for drinks)...I use them for my lens cover and to carry my add on macro lenses. Perfect & cheap!
