It makes it really hard for other folks to launch and retrieve.
Please moor down near the end, or on the other side of the dock.
 
I'm sure if you sent those pictures to the harbor master, he would gladly get in touch with the owners via the CF numbers. I'd like to see them pull that next weekend when salmon season opens.

It's not a federal offense, so it's not the Coasties turf.

BTW, by comparing notes with someone who came in after I left,
they are there at least an hour and fifteen minutes.
 
You'd think if someone spends money on a boat, any size, they'd take the time to learn boat ramp etiquitte.
