About a month ago my buddy literally searched the country for an E8-130. He called every scuba dealer imaginable, and finally struck pay dirt at Lloyd Bailey Scuba in Florida. At that time they had about 6 left. Probably no more, but you might give them a try.

Divers Direct outlet in Orlando has several of them as of last Friday. Personally I prefer my 119's just because I'm a short guy and they balance well and I can gear-up comfortably while sitting.

to get my E-8. I placed my order in November 03 and took delivery in July 04. Nice tank, with DIN/yoke valve. Nitrox ready. I like it so much I'm going to get another. My price was $399 USD.

That's a ridiculous price. I bought mine for $330 each plus I got a whole bunch of discounts at my shop, so it came to like $270/tank.

Of course, it's like buying a hot new car...the dealer can charge over retail. Mine are some of the first run tanks and don't include the TC stamp...I got them before the rush.

Sea Pearls and XS Scuba plan to ship Worthington X-Series cylinders March/April 2005
Line will include 130 cf 3442 psi steel

Got my E8-130's for $250 each a little over a year ago. I may get another one (if I can find one) just because I keep hearing rumors that PST may not make any more. I've heard rumors about them going out of business for over a year now and not being able to get these tanks makes me believe the rumors. Any company that can't figure out how to ramp up production on a product that is in demand after trying for more than a year... something goofy is going on at PST. Love their tanks but they have some major problems.
