two.crows:Just for the record - but I assume you were just joking - it's actually Stop Breathe Think Act and it's actually important that it is that sequence, none other. Stop is to not get yourself deeper into trouble. Breathe is to regain your composure. Only then can you think and act. It's a little mantra against panic attacks, there are interesting reports about it saving people's lives (one from an entrapped cave diver in Australia). It works.
