As of today, there is no fee to park. When I ask around when it starts, the answer is that it is delayed. Nothing more.
As far as parking spaces go, it's still a mess. The pipes on the ground on the west side of the street going north seems to me now to just be a barrier to prevent parking even though there is a trench for them. I think it is part of the pissing match. They are working on the center of the first roundabout and have a high fence which reminds me of animal enclosures at the zoo (tigers?).
I am carrying around my spare change in pesos in my car just in case. I can pretty much guarantee they won't make change when it starts.

The cage is for Lucha libre I think. Can never have enough entertainment these days.

As the cage was being built - I imagined some fantastic building - look at the money in all those posts, concrete and bracing. It'll be a real nice 100 seat resturaunt with no parking or something like that......

Then the chain link fence went up and I realized that we were gonna have Pablo Escobars zoo animals in there - Hippos, tigers and monkeys...

Then the black net laid on the ground for a few days - now I'm thinking we got a butterfly exibit or something...

Now, yesterday, they are putting what I assume is fake grass on the outside of it - This will look like a fantastic POS two weeks after it's done.

Maybe the lions and monkeys from Casa Mission will show back up.

We had to park at the turnabout at the closed entrance yesterday and only had 2-3 parking slots left in the entire Fortuna. A few cars parked outside the entrance gate (employees?).

But hey - The indoor outdoor carpet is almost all installed on the new mystery structure!!!
