I see i made the hit parade also.

To me an internet diver is one who talks the talk but hasn't walked the walk. Or done the dives as it were. Nothing wrong with obtaining info from the net but not much beats practical hands on experience. It's where the rubber meets the road in diving.

The internet is a great learning tool but it will never replace practical experience. Some people (internet divers if you please) will never get that.

i would add my .02 (US) but my computer *cord* is aboot to get yanked,
as i walk into the shower, hey


it's just a tingle on the left
and then a spasm on the right
all your hair stands on edge
and then your knees lock tight
...but it's the foam at the mouth
that really drives them in-sane-ane-ane

Internet diver: Someone whose post count is double, triple or quadruple their logged dive count.



Let's not start comparing numbers here though - there's other threads that have done so.

Try 100:1 posts to dives.

I'd say that nearly all the posters, with very few exceptions, have at least 4 times as many posts as dives so your definition would apply to most of the community.
