I read this title as "if you saw some DRIVING a tank marked for paintball use only"
I was incredibly curious what paintball fields they are playing that allow paintball tanks.
It sounded pretty awesome.
Of course these actually exist! LOL

My thought, going off the other thread, is how could a non-certified diver get fills. My LDS fills paintball tanks with the same air they fill dive tanks with, but requires the sticker.
My dive shop fills for painty-ballers. There's a club here where the Marines play paint ball warfare at the paintball range on post. They have to sign a waiver promising the fill is for paint ball and not scuba use.

Had a guy come in last year to have a cylinder filled and he didn't have a c-card. When he was turned down for a fill he explained. He was a convicted felon, but had a rifle that fired a 45 caliber bullet. He went and got his rifle out of the truck to show it to us. It was actually a real awesome rifle, not a "BB gun" type thing, it weighted 14 pounds and was very rugged feeling like a real rifle. The air chamber was under the barrel sort of making it look like an over/under shotgun. 3000 PSI he could deer hunt with his felon-legal rifle as it isn't considered a firearm or ammunition under BATF regulations. There's a company in Texas that makes them in calibers up to 60 caliber for hunting. He charges his rifle from the scuba cylinder.

Stickers on dive cylinders don't mean anything except the vip sticker. And even that doesn't matter unless it's someone else's compressor.
