Ok SO I'm a slow shopper. Just got a Bare Sealtek Dry hood - much more comfortable in the Jaw area than the rental hoods I've been using.

Will be diving it for the first time this weekend, with any luck it fits as well in the water as in the shop.
 
For the jaw fatigue problem, look into Seasoft. No seam in the chin area, and chin area is made of a softer material than the rest of the hood.
