My customers wear anything from just a bathing suit to 5mmm with hoods in the summer. I am acclimatized so Im in a 3mm with a thermocline undersuit and a hood.
Water is 80F ish, but you can get chilled between / after dives if the wind blows. As you are from Jacksonville (where its been 105F recently hasn't it?) you may feel chilly too.
Bring a 3mm!
