You absolutely need to try it!

Spam musubi used to be poor people food - Spam being cheap and handy when you don't have refrigeration. It's chewy meaty salty rich and a little sweet vinegary (the sushi rice) so yummy that now everybody eats it.

Think I need to go to L & L since the 7-11s here in California don't measure up. BTW, the Kailua-Kona Costco is awesome - has lau-laus!
