What goes into a Trimix course?

How many times has it ever been taught? I know at least once, but it is pretty clearly designed for people doing huge dives.

I only know of 1, but some folks that didn't "take the class" have C3 cards.

Litehedded said that 12/70 isn't taught in Tech 2, so what gas are you using to get to 250ft or was that not accurate?

The progression of gasses I used recently was 21/35, 18/45, 15/55.
