Kingman Reef is #1 on my list. Ningaloo Reef is #2.

Kingman Reef is #1 on my list. Ningaloo Reef is #2.
Heard about that place ("The Pacific" Netflix).
What outfit's (or LOBs) dive there?

Been to the best one twice already - Minerva Reef (South and North). Now looking at the Fiords of the South Island of New Zealand and have recently heard that Stewart Island is amazing. Hope to do both within the next year.

Stayed at the same place (Beqa Lagoon) in 2015. The diving's fantastic, the resort's nice, and the meals are off the charts. When I was there they had some issues with turnover on the dive op staff (hopefully resolved by now), and things didn't go very smoothly at all. We missed some dives because of staff issues and confusion. But the dives we did get in were wonderful. The house reef's very nice ... they also neglected to tell us until the last day that if we searched the eelgrass beds in the shallows we'd find seahorses. You could literally wade out and find them.

This is the resort ...

We're actually doing two resorts. Looking so forward to it.

Mine is simple. I’d like to dive with the big Manta Rays and Whale Sharks in the Caribbean or Sea of Cortez. Saw a video back in the 80s: The Devil Fish of El Banjo". Just awesome. Too, I’d like to do another week in Grand Cayman where you shore and boat dive to your heart's content. Though recently, during a VA visit, met a nurse. She said you can do the same in Bonaire and it’s really nice. Never been to Bonaire.

It's all good but my choice would be under the Arctic ice. Think I may go next year .

If you want to be (almost) guaranteed to see giant mantas on a night dive then go to Kona, HI, see the video at the link below for an example of this great dive:
