He is one of those people that thinks this sort of thing is cool and makes him look like a “man” I blocked him years ago on the VDH site. A great way to lose business.

I heard back from Scubapro R&D!!
They were kind enough to thank me for the suggestion, and said they will consider a different material (Titanium?) for the next development round for the sleeve of the A700/C370.

I would not count on that. They will re-clock the barrel so it will not fit. Like the G260. But we can hope. And the product that needs the titanium barrel is the G260 and C370, not the A700.
