NOPE - It's the blobfish-face custom mod by @scubadada ... Only the coolest divers have regs that look like a fish face! (squared off in black with a an "S" tattoo on the nose, but undeniable!)

I heard back from Scubapro R&D!!
They were kind enough to thank me for the suggestion, and said they will consider a different material (Titanium?) for the next development round for the sleeve of the A700/C370.

I can see a (two) C370 in my future if it has a titanium air barrel.

The 109 has a much too restrictive exhaust and does not have as an effective Venturi as the G250 nor the Venturi control. The 156 comes closer to the G250:
And the neoprene soft covers of both the 109 and 156 are prone to deterioration that the hard cover and soft purge of the G250 are impervious to. But the 109/156 are pretty and the newer silicone covers should last a good while.

I put it together for MC but then she decided she had enough of scuba diving and prefers to sip drinks at happy hour and watch me climb out of the water bruised up. SCUBA is a rugged sport and so should be our equipment, like a G250!
My 109 set and my 156 set have the silicone covers. They do not take a set and work well and should last a long time.
I would have bought them from VDH but the two 109’s I have than need those soft parts will get tossed in the trash before I buy anything from the pile of crap that sells them now.VDH had them and the Scuba Museum has them now:
