Wetsuit loosing its stretch

I got a Bare 3/2 mm Velocity suit and after less than 10 dives dives its loosing its stretch! Though I can use it for another dive season, is there anything out there that is a bit stretchy and wont become useless after a few dives? I would have gone for a custom wetsuit but I am a weight training athlete and my measurements change very frequently.

What do I do?
