i can be insulted if you call me "dude", but is that reasonable?

however, i think we can all figure out where the "attack"
territory starts with a certain degree of objectivity.

Perhaps. But Dweeb is just Dweeb. He's not going to change and the only way to stop him is to ban him. But he does give well thought, intelligent answers to lots of questions. Rough around the edges but I wouldn't consider it abusive or brow beating. Entertaining is a better discription.

I think I'll pass on this exciting, and I'm quite sure limited time offer and simply worship you from afar... Besides, $22.98 will just about cover that new safety sausage I've been checking out down at the dive shop, or a case of beer at the drive thru...which ever I see first.

Can't you just stop this, as is with a lot of your posts, you always seem to find something to critisise people over. Can you not just let people have their opinions without shouting them down all the time and pointing out that they must be 'lousy divers' to have even contemplated asking certain questions.
What is it that makes you do this? Is it because you need to have the last word on a subject, does THIS prove that you are a more experienced diver? You know what they say about people who brag eh?
