I have a Sherwood Wisdom 2 console, an Aeris Elite T3 wrist and a Hollis DG05 (VR Technology). The Hollis is practically brand new so I can't say how reliable it is, but I have zero issues with the other two computers so I have yet to avail myself to their respective customer services.

The DG05 was recently sent back to Hollis for firmware update.
