It might be good to clarify in the advertisements or product description or instruction sheet that the proper opening is in the middle, not the end. To be fair to ZR1, until this thread there has been no mention anywhere of how to open the light.

I have used mine on over 50 dives now. I use it as a video light on a flex arm for taking still photos. I prefer not to use strobes… The light has been working well. Plenty bright. No problems with erosion or flooding (I hope I don’t jinx myself). Will post another update after 100 dive uses.

I was sent some hi-drain batteries to test, got a chance to dive yesterday (4-15) and used the SEA 60 on my first dive, since it was dark less the ideal conditions I ran the light for the whole 73 minutes, no cut outs and this sucker is very bright, a few pics

Tested my light at ~20ft for 30 minutes in a lake, no issues to report I'm happy with it so far! And I'm very happy with @minos2014 , I'm sure if there's any problems he will take care of it for me. I'll update whenever I get back down past 100ft and let you all know how it holds up to the pressures.

Did a test this morning of the 10A batteries, full hour on high before the indicator went from blue to green

I have possibly discovered the cut out problem, not sure if it’s a feature or a bug but if the light gets a bit of a sharp hit it will shut off, starts right back up. I assume this is some type of protection thing.

More dives with the SEA 60, I use it on low and it was still going strong after close to 3 hours, even used it to go out for more firewood when I got home. It’s a very good light and amazing price.

Hi Minos, glad to see you here too... If you want I can make a GoPro set up with a pair of Diverig sea60 and make some videos for you. Just think about that.
