Would you like to learn more about rebreathers?

Add Helium will be hosting a free 'intro to rebreathers' presentation at our Rebreather Showroom and Training Center, in Pompano Beach, FL. This will take place on March 14 from 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM, and consist of a 20-30 minute presentation, followed by a Q&A, and a hands-on. During the hands-on you will be able to see, touch, and break down, and ask questions about the 9 different units we have on display, including the KISS Spirit, rEvo III Micro, Hollis Prism, Megalodon Apecs, VR Sentinel, Titan Rebreather, Poseidon MK6, AP Evolution, and the Dive Rite Optima.

The presentation is for those who are thinking about rebreathers, and for those who would just like to learn more about the technology. This is not a 'technical' presentation, and is for recreational and new technical divers who just wish to learn more.

    Topics covered will be:
    • What is a rebreather and why would I want one?
    • How does a rebreather work - the basic components.
    • Are rebreathers safe?
    • Different types of rebreathers.
    • Things to consider when buying a rebreather.
    • Any questions you can think of.

Interested? Send us an email at info@addhelium.com so we know how many people to expect.

Is there any chance you could make this a web transmission as well or video tape it and upload to Youtube at later date for those of us who would love to attend but live to far away ??
    Thanks SteveP

    Hi Steve,

We've considered doing webcasts, video uploads, and Google hangouts. Unfortunately we won't be doing that for this presentation, but we will at some time in the future.

In the meantime, this is a perfect excuse to take a vacation to Florida. (72 degrees right now.)

It's a great little unit, so quite likely. Very simple, streamlined unit, setup time is very quick, and dives great.

Yes, as soon as we can get our hands on one.

We hope to have every unit on the market in the showroom at some point. We have a Hammerhead, and MK15 on the way to us for display also.
