Lost my magnifier at Alki cove 2.

Trouble with your eyesight oh ancient and honourable one?

No problem, Pug, just go back to the dive site and when ya see something that looks bigger than it should be, you've found your magnifier!!!! :D

awap:
What failed that caused the loss?

Using a Costco bulk zip tie and not Cave Line.

Try to stay in the game, man....

I would laugh *so* hard if it was because the zip tie failed

Sorry to hear it.. what happened?

I dunno... but since the bolt snap isn't still on my d-ring I can only assume that:
THE ZIPTIE DID NOT FAIL!

For all I know it could be lost somewhere in my garage... but the last time I remember using it was at Alki. :D

Now you have a reason to go back, dive there and search....
But how will he find it without his magnifying glass?? :06:

I'm still annoyed that the East Side Tech1 instructor cut all my zipties when he went over my gear :frown: Even though the only thing I had at the time with an "H" on it was the reel borrowed from Pug, the only real "issue" he had was the zipties. One thing that came of it was that I'll likely never forget how to do the cave-line tie-off :D

Oh.... and as the cave line fails, I replace it with ZipTies :D:D
