Sounds like an event I don't want to miss. And since it's the weekend of the Georgia-Miss.St. game, I won't be missing anything good.

Count me in.

Anyone interested in splitting lodge accomadations??? $21 is a bit pricy for one night of tent camping.

The Kraken:
There is an admission fee to Vortoberfest, however !!!

Participants must bring a six pack of German beer (Danish, Dutch also acceptable - French is absolutely forbidden!) and some sort of sausage, cabbage or something like that to share at the evening fest that Saturday evening.

Some good Irish Stout is what ya need.

No, no, no, Kentley !!!
This is a spin off on the German "Oktoberfest".
Has to be Germanic beer or we put you to work building railroads.

HA! No Stella for you, then... right?
Rick :)

Ricky you make my mouth water. The civilized stuff in Boston was limited to one or two things. First, they warn you that you might get sick (Under Mass Law) but they will serve you rare hamburger or basically raw meat of all sorts (You would love it). Second is Stella on draft in frosted mugs. Kraken needs to come out of his fog and realize that the Belgiques were brewing while the Germans were still in elemetary school (or maybe KinderGarten).

Hey, Tom, I modified the beer requirement to "Germanic". One could possibly include the Belgians in that group.

the K-eg Tapper

That's great! Now if we could just get the guys from the PI to send us a couple of cases of San Miguel Domestic we could get Sally to wave her spatula over them and dub them verily Germanic.

HEY !!! HEY !!!
You're pushing it, Buddy !!!! :1poke:

Don't make me have to :whack: you!!!

Uncle Ricky and I will be policing the beer, and everyone that we find that doesn't meet Vortoberfest code will be consumed by us! We may have to enlist the aid of apprentice Biermeisters, however.

You know, if this thing keeps picking up, we may just need to consider that!

If we have entrepreneurs out there with access to a screen printer, feel free!!!

I wouldn't mind having one!
