Vis Stickers

Im working on a design for the inspection sticker for our scuba club (yes those doing the inspections are certified) and we don't want to use a genaric sticker, would like it to help advertise our club.
Im assuming a straight vinyl sticker


I ran into a snag though....where do I buy these from? Where do you guys get your custom made vis stickers from
