The yellow light on the right looks very familiar. On Submarines we called it a battle lantern. the back has a place to attach a mount to affix to a bulkhead(wall) holder. water resistant but not for long.
 
Still with the "NEMROD" posting did these lights ever feature in the "NEMROD SEEMLESS" cataloges? NEMROD STARLIGHT.JPG1.jpgNEMROD FIAT LUX.JPG
 
Hello BJ there is one like the all chrome one in a 1962 Nemrod catalog I have. It is slighty different. Maybe a smaller head and three knurled grips instead of four and a little shorter.
