I remember seeing a video a while back where someone put pieces of neoprene, compressed neoprene, DUI crushed neoprene, and trilam material in a jar of water to show the relative buoyancy of those materials.

IIRC, the crushed neoprene actually sank to the bottom.

I can't find that video.

Does anyone have a link?
