OK, someone out there has to know how to get Palm VersaMail uninstalled.
We upgraded to iPaq's from Palms. So, to remove all the Palm stuff from the host computer I used the Add/Remove function of Control Panel. In the first computer all went well. VersaMail went away like a good little program.
But, in the second one the Installer/Uninstaller will only accept the Modify/Repair function. It will not make active the Uninstall Check Box.
The Palm Desktop and Documents To Go went away just fine.
So, how do I get this nuisance that is eating some disc space off the machine?
