Vandalism at Twin Rocks Part II

I wonder if anyone of you has seen this. Shot this near Twin Rocks in Anilao last Sunday. First seen 2 weeks ago with only the name "allen" carved on the coral. Went back last Sunday with a camera and found that "D&T walter" has been added.
