I recently had the fortune of winning an Uwatec aladin tec 3 dive computer at our Christmas dive club raffle:D . This computer is a beauty with the compass, air pressure and computer all in a nice bundle with the quick disconnect. However, I own and have been using the Cobra with Sk7 compass for the past 4 years and have loved it. As i don't know anything more than what is in the manual are there any opinions on which should be primary and which should be my backup computer? I can tell that the Uwatec is a better travel companion with the quick disconnect. My diving consists of air only, mostly local beach and boat diving with a couple of trips to baja, mexico and the big island. I dive steel tanks with an eclipse bc. Oh I also won the HP 100 tank that night:D the stars must have lined up just right above me.
