No such shop in the DC area, just the usual dive shops with the standard lines like Sealife. You've posted in Strobes and Lighting; what specifically are you looking for?

Closest physical stores are Backscatter east new hampshire and Reef photo in Florida. Neither are exactly close by. You can also get a lot of UW gear at B&H New York, but they are not exactly specialists in the field and a lot of equipment is special order.
