Hey, what are user notes all about? I don't have any, but I want some. I'm noteless. Mired in my notelessness. Maybe a note that says:
"Note: Scubakevdm is a silly, silly man."
or
maybe just a note that says "Have a nice day."

There are a number of "possibilities" that whoever wrote this software integrated into it. Many we have disabled and a few we ignore as they don't do a whole bunch.
