I know the Conshelf regs are talked about very highly, but there are several models. Which ones are the most desireable/best? Also, I just picked up a Pro Diver 1st and 2nd stage (used- $20). Is this similar or comparable to a Conshelf? Thanks.

The Pro Diver is, AFAIK, a permutation of the Conshelf series. You probably won't find anyone to service it, but as far as we can tell, it takes the same rebuild kit as the rest. I prefer the XIV with a brass 2nd, but the later 1st stages had more ports. Some people also prefer the non-radial port configuration in some of the later versions, like the SEA.
