    Ghost Fleet (novel) - Wikipedia

.....Using a computer virus to first infiltrate the computer systems of the Defense Intelligence Agency, China launches a massive cyber-attack against the United States. Crippling many technologically-sophisticated systems, including the F-35 Lightning, which were compromised with infected microchips in the supply chain.

The Canadian military is non existent, your very freedom and way-of-life are a gift of the over burdened US taxpayers who provide the military/nuclear deterrence from the likes of Russia and China. Canada can at least show a little gratitude and cooperate with the US in facing down our mutual mortal enemies!

That bloomberg story was rebutted by Amazon and Apple. Also an independent audit by Nardello found no corroborating evidence. About as real as WMDs in Iraq.

It is past time for Bloomberg to retract or unequivocally prove the iCloud spy chip story

Pretty much... there are limited sources for some of the items needed to complete a product.

I would probably say it is way more complex than that, although A is at the root of it. B.. is probably more of a hindrance due to bureaucracy than pollution, at least within the US. You need permits, then permits for the permit, then a permit to extend to the permit, then a permit to do nothing while you wait on the next permit.....

Low volume industries require large markups or retailers can't exist. Making 10% when you sell 10 items isn't sustainable... 10% on 1000 items might be. This is a large part of the principle on why large retailers win... they can make up for lower margins with higher volume. A LDS simply cannot do that.

I think you need a history lesson on Canadian Military participation...

How about...WWI...WWII...Korea...Cyprus...Vietnam...Iraq...Afganistan...short list...thousands of Canadian Military participants...and thousands upon thousands of Canadian Military War Dead...

The 401 highway in Ontario from CFB Trenton to the east to the Coroners office in Toronto to the west was renamed the ''Highway of Heros'' as a result of the conflict in Afganistan...returning war dead was a daily ritual for a long time...

China does have environmental rules. In the last year or two, they have begun to force factories to shut down on certain days due to pollution levels.

I’m a licensed customs broker with 27 years int’l shipping experience. My customers have been reporting the manufacturing delays to me and why.

Light and Motion's CEO is telling a fib, duty on flashlights from China is 12.5% (8513.10.20.00) and there is nothing in the proposal that that duty will be eliminated. In fact it will go to 25

    Just saying..
