Update Smarttrak files

I just updated my SmartTrak from 2.05 danish to 2,08 english and discovered to my great surprice that I have lost most of my divesites. In the old files I had approx. 50 different divesites but in the updated versions I only have the sites wher I have actually dived that specific year, I have one file for every year.
Do anyone know how to get all the divesites back in the updates files, I am going to Sharm el Sheikh in october and I do not want to enter all the informations for the dive sites again
