hello everybody,
Last April, I purchased an Ultrapower UXDS-1 strobe after only 6 dives it stopped working. For the last 2 weeks I've been trying to reach Ultramax via phone calls, emails but to no avail. Anybody had experience (good or bad) dealing with them regarding warranty issues ?

*edit* I finally talked to Frankie Chu at UltraMax, seems like a stand up guy, I'm sending my unit today, he will either fix it or send me a new one. I'll keep you posted.
