The red/orange color is typical of silicone but that is not a guarantee.
A pack of 5 size 345 x 70shore o-rings on Amazon are @ $10:
I would buy a pack to check if they fit but I am away on a project for another couple of months. Anyone else want to give it a shot?

The Dielectric grease solved the issue. Eight glove rings now go on and off easily.
Brrr. I can't imagine diving that without dry gloves.
