Hi !
I'm a bit confused by a maintenance service I asked to a diving shop.
I sent a Drysuit (Waterproof D10) for maintenance because of a quick neck seal system rubber cracking. I guess the suit was old but it's fine, I bought it being aware it had to be changed.
I asked for the shop to do an extra maintenance check on top of the neck seal replacement.
It appears that the suit was in great shape according to shop.

Yesterday, I tried to setup the Ultima glove systeme on my suit and noticed that, in fact, the wrist seal are also cracking.
I guess my question here is ; Isn't it the kind of stuff a maintenance check should report ? Should I go back to the shop and Complain about it ? I don't want to be the annoying person here.. even if I'm annoyed by the situation :)

A "maintenance check" would be a pressure test in water imo. If the seals didn't leak they are technically good. But the shop should have noted the cracks

I see.. Maybe manipulate the wrist seal as I did increased the issue I guess. This Ultima system is quite tough to stretch aha
