TUSA Expert Zoom Full Foot

Are these good SCUBA fins or are they better suited for just snorkling? They are quite different than the open heel version and also much cheaper. I like the idea of a full foot fin over an open heel version and this looks like a good canidate. Any opinions?

It's a decent fin. I dislike full foots even in the tropics as it offers zero foot protection while walking in or out. I discovered this for myself
