I dived with folks staying at Recedencia Reef yesterday. No problem picking them up at the pier. But when they were dropped off, there was a security guy with a clipboard making a big deal about it. Much discussion with crew in Spanish. Finally the 2 divers pulled bracelets out of their dry bags and all was fine.
