Dean is an excellent instructor, out of the 7 GUE instructors I've learned from I like his teaching style the best. You're gonna get some great training!
Also, Brownies Southport is the perfect place to take a GUE course. The boat is literally right behind the shop and the classroom right across the street, hotel is 1/2 a block away. You will get to spend more time diving and learning, rather than wasting time driving to the beach or boat, getting fills, finding food, etc.. Everything is right there.
