Yes - I have no effect on the wing / bladder as well.
The 19cuf rig with the reg + bracket is roughly -2kg in the water, I just setup the weights to take this into account. I don't feel it at all underwater, no unbalance, effect on the wing.

The only difference, believe it or not, is that does feel actually more stable than a single back-mounted tank, reminds me - to a much lesser extent - of the stable "platform effect" you get from twinsets.
